About Us
The Brush Project is run by Rotofugi Gallery curator David “Netherland” van Alphen and Gallery Director Kirby Kerr.
The first Brush Project auction, held in 2007 at David’s former gallery, DvA Gallery, raised $2,500 for Americans for the Arts. After merging with DvA in late 2008, we’re excited to continue with another auction this year to help raise money for Gigi’s Playhouse, a Down Syndrome awareness center with locations in Illinois and Iowa.
